I never really understood how important my calendar would be until my paper planner was stolen when my car was broken into while in college. I thought my life was so important. Going to class, going to my internship, teaching gymnastics, going to the gym. This is just one of the many crazy situations that prepped me to become a smarter business owner. Being able to share my calendars with others helps with communication and eliminates confusion. I will share a little insight to how we run iCal at my company.
